At just 19 years old, Kimani has a clear understanding of what she wants from life. All things that glitter ain’t gold and this Columbus native would trade in the flashiest of cars for cultural experiences in a heartbeat. With a sociology and anthropology major in one hand and a Spanish minor in the other, Kimani is already digging deeper into what shapes the society we live in. During her time at Spelman, she already sees the difference even the shortest of distance can make. In a few more years, she’ll be educating her own students on the different viewpoints of the world.
